WORK GROUPS CHAIRMEN MEETING

| | | | | | General policies: | 1.- | Committees approved by the Board of Directors shall have a representative of an associated entity as Chairman, who shall be assigned by the Board of Directors upon a proposal by the Executive Director of the Association; Committees shall also have a Coordinator to support preparation of minutes, recommendations follow-up, etc. | | 2.- | Committee Chairmen shall occupy office for one year and they might be ratified in the charge for another one-year period. | | 3.- | Committee members shall be high-rank representatives of associates who wish to take part in a particular Committee, who shall have the experience and know-how required for the Committee's area of interest, and their respective alternate members, if desired.
| | 4.- | AHM shall maintain an updated directory of members in each Committee, who shall receive meetings calls and minutes in a timely manner. AHM associates must notify any changes in Committee members assignations.
| | 5.- | AHM shall keep associates posted on the progress of topics addressed by the Committees. | | 6.- | Committees may assign representative work forces not exceeding 5 members, for the analysis of specific topics derived from the Association's agenda or those assigned by the Board of Directors, as well as for participation in work meetings with external entities. The associated Committee shall be informed on the progress achieved.
| | 7.- | Committee Chairmen shall provide the Board of Directors with periodic reports on activities performed. They shall also provide special information notes on the progress or difficulties of specific topics, upon request. This is in addition to the information required for the preparation of newsletters to be distributed by electronic means to all the associates.
| | 8.- | Committees may have special and/or permanent guests in their work meetings, who shall be members of firms, consulting agencies or other entities that may contribute qualified opinions. Committees may also have representatives of affiliated members, when required by the Committee's agenda.
| | 9.- | When required for topics that may have an impact on other Committees, involved Committees or their Chairmen may be called to a Committee's meetings in order to obtain direct feedback and/or enhance the scope of work. |
